I love my workouts with Karilee...
Her studio is a place of acceptance, so she meets you where you are, then structures & encourages until the “too hard” has become the new norm … and then we go to the next level. My balance & strength have improved significantly, and my core is stronger & more stable than it has been in decades. Best of all, the laughter & sense of community that come naturally with Karilee have brought new friendships. My workouts are never penciled into my calendar, they are written in marker!

I’ve been training with Karilee for the past several years...
We transitioned to Zoom sessions around the middle of November 2020. The transition went smoothly, and between Covid fears and bad weather, I’ve really appreciated the opportunity to keep up my strength training at home.
Karilee has been an excellent resource. She’s helped me work around some temporary pain issues, like helping me strengthen my quads when I was having knee pain. She is knowledgeable, always encouraging and has a great sense of humor. We have a lot of laughs which make the sessions seem to fly by.

Every single time I train with Karilee...
I leave with a smile on my face! Usually, the next day I can tell that I have worked muscles that I had forgotten about. I only see her twice a week, but as a 67 year old woman, the sessions really help me with strength, balance and overall fitness. I know I wouldn’t hold myself accountable, and seeing Karilee helps me focus on staying active and well. Karilee is knowledegeable, helpful and positive. I am a talker, and I have found that she and I work well together. I have the feeling that if I wasn’t a talker, Karilee would adjust and the sessions would be quieter, but most days we end up laughing a lot. I highly recommend Karilee as a trainer for people of any age!

Years of hiking and completing long treks…
did nothing to build or maintain upper body strength. My internist referred me to Karilee almost 2 years ago. The entire experience has been transformative. Since I own a weight machine, Karilee comes to my home. She provides me with detailed routines that are challenging, fun, and tailored to prevent injury that could result from osteoporosis of the spine. We review my progress on each visit, and she revises the routines as I continue to build strength. Results have exceeded my expectations. I continue to build muscle and strength in the upper body as well as the legs. Considering the miles I log each week power walking, the latter is an outcome I did not expect. Karilee is the first personal trainer I ever worked with. I could not have hoped for a better experience.
